Once the fundamentals of the business have been assumed, the next steps are to think about the business initiative itself and how to present it to the market, from the name to the logo. All this in a meticulous way, because once the model is launched, it must be consistent with it so that the market understands it. Once launched, the process of adjusting the model and brand can begin.

Online businesses really are the way to go, because every day more people prefer to search, investigate, compare and consult products or services from the comfort of home.

The amenities for the client are extensive:

  • Less stock restriction
  • Posts and comments from other customers
  • ...

One of the most important issues is the impact of the opinions of users who post on blogs, social networks, messages, etc.

A negative feedback not properly addressed by the organization according to a response protocol, or even responding to positive feedback with gratitude.

Spreading these positive comments in different networks is key to giving know the business and reach customers potential where they are usually found. It is prudent to calibrate such diffusion so as not to fall into the abuse of publication and cause negative messages.

The challenges

Different kinds of challenges will always arise, regardless of the type of business. But when trying to build a global company, the biggest challenge of all is how to scale the organization so that it has the right dimensions to reach all markets.

Undertaking the scaling of the business too soon, only generates problems and the consumption of time derived from solving them. On the other hand, you cannot give up the potential of not being able to scale the business at all.

Measuring your own abilities, balance and research are key. The best approach is to take the time to analyze each move, see the business impact, and determine the next step.
