In addition to the impulse caused by the new customer profile and the habits established in society, there are other motivations that drive organizations to face the transformation process.

New regulation and regulations

Data protection, transparency, new aspects of audits, financial information, etc. have an impact on the organization at all levels, causing new obligations in different areas (governance, processes, reports, finances, etc.).

The rules are constantly changing for all types of industries driven by partnerships with new business models. You have to rethink traditional models and optimize new and existing processes to be in the market. New business models (startups or spinoffs of established companies) do not require transformation, since they are “born transformed”, that is, with the principles of the new market.

The local company in most cases does not have sufficient critical mass to have assumed the same degree of maturation as other competitors who have been able to create new models based on a broader market and therefore needs that can be analyzed on a few larger metrics.
