Apple's iOS 17.4 update is mainly about bringing iOS into line with the EU Digital Market Act Regulation. But the company also launched a new API called Finance Kit which allows developers to obtain transactions and balance information from Apple Card, Apple Cash and Savings with Apple.
At launch, the company partnered with YNAB, Monarch and Copilot. In a post on X Copilot said users would be able to track all of Apple's financial accounts in real time. Previously, Copilot users needed to upload certain documents to view their transactions.
